PHP ActiveRecord - Postgres fully supported? - An easy to use ORM for PHP

Subject: Postgres fully supported?

I noticed in some of the php-activerecord docs it states "Postgres (not completed yet)"... http://www.phpactiverecord.org/docs/ActiveRecord/PgsqlAdapter

What is this referring to? I'm building a little MVC framework and I'm baking php-activerecord into the core. Should I consider Postgres fully supported?
